CLIENT DOCUMENTS

The Document Follows The Relationship.

Form ADV, CTA program documents, consulting engagement materials and account opening. The documents are not interchangeable, and neither are the paths.

Request ADV / Documents

Current disclosures, agreements and account forms are released only to an identified recipient after explicit approval by Golden Capital Partners. A request does not expose a PDF or create an account.

  • AUM advisoryNo Qualified Client or QEP review.
  • RIA tacticalQualified Client review; not QEP.
  • CTA programQEP review; not Qualified Client.
  • Business consultingNeither Qualified Client nor QEP.

Four paths, because four different regimes.

Start from the relationship you are entering rather than from the document you think you need. The four paths below sit under different rules, different eligibility reviews, different agreements and different accounts, and a document from one path answers nothing in another.

  • Investment advisory / RIA AUM — Form ADV Part 2A and Part 2B, the investment advisory agreement, the applicable disclosures, and the brokerage account that holds advisory assets. No Qualified Client or QEP requirement.
  • RIA Qualified Client tactical — a separate performance-based advisory path requiring Qualified Client review, not QEP.
  • Commodity trading advisory / CTA — the Qualified Eligible Person review first, then program materials, the CTA agreement, risk disclosures, trading authorization and the futures account. QEP, not Qualified Client.
  • Business consulting — intake, confidentiality where the work requires it, and an engagement letter. No account is opened and no brokerage is involved; neither Qualified Client nor QEP applies.
  • Existing relationships — account, document and service continuity through the channel already attached to your account or engagement.

Qualified Client and Qualified Eligible Person are separate tests under separate regimes. Meeting one establishes nothing about the other, and neither is established on a website.

Three kinds of document. Three ways they arrive.

Every document the firm holds falls into one of three classes, and the class decides how you get it.

  • Released on request. The current dated version is sent by the firm only after the owner has allowed its release and a person has reviewed the request. Form ADV Part 2A and Part 2B, broker forms and other package materials are not posted for direct download.
  • Released after an eligibility review. Program materials and other restricted documents are sent only to an identified person when the applicable review supports release.
  • Delivered inside an engagement. Executed agreements, client reporting, account statements and anything specific to your relationship. These are never released from a public page, whatever address is typed into a browser.

Nothing here is released automatically, and nothing is obtained by guessing a web address. A request is read by a person before a document is sent, and the firm keeps a record of which disclosure documents went to whom and when.

Investment advisory / RIA

You are a prospective or existing advisory client. You want the firm's disclosure brochure, the brochure supplement covering the person who will advise you, the advisory agreement, and the account the assets will sit in.

Form ADV Part 2A is the firm's disclosure brochure: the services offered, how fees are calculated, the conflicts that exist and how they are managed, and disciplinary information where there is any. Form ADV Part 2B is the brochure supplement on the individual adviser. Both are provided at no cost, and the current dated versions are sent by the firm on request.

Performance-based tactical advisory is the same pillar and a separate review — the Qualified Client test. It is not participation in the trading program.

The RIA documents path sets out each document, the order they arrive in, what each one commits you to, and where advisory accounts are held.

Commodity trading advisory / CTA

You are interested in the trading program, or in commodity, energy and currency exposure carried by an operating business. Program materials are provided to Qualified Eligible Persons as that status is defined in CFTC Regulation 4.7, so the eligibility review comes before the documents rather than after them.

Beginning that review costs nothing and commits nothing. The firm reviews what you provide, may ask for supporting documentation for the basis you certify, and releases materials only where the review supports it.

The CTA documents path sets out the Qualified Eligible Person categories, the Portfolio Requirement and who it applies to, what the program documents actually are, and how the futures account is structured.

Business consulting

You are an owner, board or operator with a decision to make about capital, enterprise value, a transaction, distress or operations. This is an engagement, not an account: nothing is opened, no assets are held and no securities are placed.

The sequence is intake, scoping, confidentiality where material nonpublic information has to move, and an engagement letter that creates the engagement and states what sits outside its scope.

The consulting documents path sets out the intake, the confidentiality boundary, the engagement letter and the information a first working session actually needs.

Existing relationships

If you already hold an account or an engagement, continuity runs through the channel attached to it. A public website does not authenticate an account, move a relationship or release restricted material, and this one does not pretend to.

Account access sets out the continuity path, how to identify the relationship or the document you need without sending credentials or account data, and which requests belong on which desk.

What a request is, and what it is not.

Asking for a document is a question. It binds you to nothing.

Submitting a request does not create an advisory, consulting or fiduciary relationship, does not establish Qualified Client status, does not establish Qualified Eligible Person status, does not enroll anyone in a trading program, does not open a brokerage or futures account and does not execute any agreement. Each of those has its own review and its own signed documents.

When a request is sent the firm receives it and you receive a confirmation carrying a reference, so the conversation has the same name on both sides. Keep account numbers, credentials, identity documents, tax identifiers and nonpublic transaction detail out of it. If the conversation reaches the point where those are needed, the firm arranges a secure process for them.

Reach the firm directly.

If a document request is time-sensitive, or the right path is not obvious from the four above, speak to someone.

Telephone 833-B1LL1ON — dial 833-215-5166. Email info@goldencapitalpartners.com.

Say which pillar the question sits under and which document you need. That is enough to route it correctly the first time.
