Scenario tools are designed so the assumptions you enter stay in your browser unless you explicitly export them. Certain market-intelligence panels load content directly from third-party providers, whose policies apply to those requests.

Strategy Lab calculations and decision briefs process inputs in browser memory. Closing or refreshing the page clears unsaved scenario work unless a feature expressly says otherwise. The world / article presentation choice is stored locally in your browser so the site can remember how you prefer to read it.
Explicit downloads create files on your device. GCP does not receive scenario inputs merely because you use a calculator or prepare a brief.
A decision brief is a local draft until you choose to submit it. Submitting is the one action on this site that transmits what you have typed: it sends the brief and the contact details you enter to the firm through the site’s transactional email service, which processes that message in order to deliver it. Calculations, scenario inputs and unsent drafts are not transmitted.
Technical page requests
Like any website, the server receives standard technical request information needed to deliver pages, protect the service and diagnose errors. Application form values are not written to application logs.
Do not submit passwords, account numbers, identity documents or confidential transaction material through any page that is not expressly identified as a secure intake channel.
Third-party market panels and external resources
The Markets Intelligence workspace combines GCP server-side native data with public TradingView market surfaces. Nasdaq and SEC results used by the native earnings and insider views are fetched by GCP server routes; those views do not make a visitor browser connection directly to Nasdaq or SEC.
TradingView legacy panels are frames served from TradingView’s widget domain. Modern TradingView components load provider modules and data through TradingView’s widget domain. They load when their workspace section is activated. When a TradingView surface loads, your browser connects directly to TradingView; the provider may receive your IP address, the public Markets page address (including the selected symbol and URL hash where present), the panel type and instrument. TradingView may use its own measurement, cookies, performance or error reporting under its privacy and cookie policies. GCP does not receive or store that provider telemetry. This site does not add a main-page Snowplow allowlist; its own page analytics remains blocked by the content security policy.
If you would rather not connect to TradingView, do not activate its panels or block the provider in your browser. Opening TradingView, XE, SEC, FINRA, NFA or other external resources takes you to that provider, whose privacy practices and terms apply. A third-party panel or link does not make that provider’s data a GCP-owned feed or imply a partnership or endorsement.
Public research, referrals and the Intelligence Brief.
Ask GCP uses approved public material and source-linked research tools. Do not enter account numbers, identity documents, private transactions or confidential client information. Public research has no access to applicant, client, staff or signature records. Questions are processed to answer your request; raw conversations are not retained in the public knowledge collection.
The site may retain aggregate counts of broad question topics, research actions and referral sources. Attribution uses an available referring service or an explicit campaign tag; an unknown visit remains unknown. Full referring URLs, search terms, identities and browser fingerprints are not retained in these aggregates. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track suppress optional attribution.
The GCP Intelligence Brief requires a separate subscription and email confirmation. The firm retains the email address, consent and confirmation dates, selected topics and preferences, and unsubscribe status to honor that choice. Submitting a question or inquiry does not subscribe you. Management and unsubscribe links are provided in the subscription messages.
If you choose to prepare a conversation, a short topic summary is shown for you to review. The research conversation is not attached. Only an explicit inquiry submission sends the reviewed briefing to GCP. Private access and signing use separate secured records and retention requirements.
