Three lanes. Distinct permissions.
RIA / CTA / Business Consulting. Business Consulting is operationally separate from investment-advisory and CTA work. The actual activity determines the authorization, agreement and disclosures required. A consulting label creates no blanket exemption from securities, brokerage, placement, advisory, CTA, custody or solicitation rules.
The agreement creates the engagement.
Golden Capital Partners' business-consulting work does not, by itself, constitute securities placement, brokerage or a promise to procure investors. Any activity requiring broker-dealer, placement-agent, investment-adviser or other regulated status must occur only through the properly authorized lane and agreement.
Submitting an inquiry does not create an advisory, consulting, fiduciary, brokerage or other professional relationship. Services require firm acceptance, applicable disclosures and a properly executed agreement.
Qualified Client and QEP are different reviews.
RIA performance-based tactical work requires a Qualified Client review under the applicable Rule 205-3 framework and firm policy. CTA program access has a distinct QEP review, including category, portfolio or combination requirements where applicable.
Attestation is not verification. No threshold calculator, website selection or statement of interest provides access. Current law, jurisdiction, contract circumstances, evidence and firm review control.
Use authoritative records.
Firm registration, individual securities-registration history and CTA/NFA status answer different questions and should be verified separately. Registration does not imply endorsement or a particular level of skill or training.
Use IAPD for investment-adviser records, FINRA BrokerCheck for securities registration and examination history, and NFA BASIC for CTA registration and NFA membership. Current Form ADV Part 2A/2B, advisory agreements and CTA program materials govern an actual engagement.
Verify the record at the source.
Investment-adviser records are available through the SEC’s Investment Adviser Public Disclosure system. Historical securities-registration information is available through FINRA BrokerCheck. CTA registration and NFA membership are available through NFA BASIC.
Regulatory status can change. Use the current record when making a decision. Registration is a regulatory status, not an endorsement or guarantee of performance.
Risk is part of the decision.
Investing involves risk, including possible loss of principal. Past performance is not necessarily indicative of future results. Futures, options and commodities involve substantial risk, leverage and potential losses beyond an initial deposit. They are not suitable for everyone. Only risk capital should be considered.
No guaranteed results, performance history, unverified client count, AUM, awards, counterparties or transactions are represented.
Informational tools
All tools are informational scenario tools. They do not constitute valuation opinions, investment recommendations, fairness opinions, securities placement or transaction guarantees. Inputs are user assumptions. No model establishes suitability, eligibility or permission to transact.
