When liquidity, a lender decision, a lost customer or a failed transaction closes the obvious routes, map the system again.

Specify what must happen, in what order, by whom, for how much and before what deadline. Identify the dependency that controls the outcome, the event that invalidates the path and the fallback that preserves another option.

Preserve, stop, renegotiate, monetize, recapitalize, sell / combine / continue. Do not defend the original plan merely because capital has already been spent on it. The objective is the strongest remaining lawful, economically defensible position.
